Session Chair

CNS encourages sessions that represent the full breadth of CNS membership—spanning basic science, clinical practice, and public health—ideally integrating perspectives across more than one domain. Sessions should also reflect CNS’s ongoing commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in both topic and speaker composition. Potential speakers and their perspectives should be identified, with each speaker dedicating a minimum of 20% of their presentation to practical application or applied content.

Speakers will be formally invited by CNS.

Speaker(s)

You are encouraged to contact potential speakers in advance of submission to confirm their availability and willingness to participate if the session is selected.

NOTE: All CNS Conference Speakers and Chairs are required to complete a Confidentiality and Conflict of Interest (COI)/Disclosure Statement and include a slide with this information at the start of the session/talk. This is an important step in our goal to be transparent in all CNS activities, and to remain a credible and respected organization. Further, each speaker will be asked to thoroughly present their disclosure statement at the start of each presentation.

Sponsorship

CNS engages sponsors to support the Annual Conference, helping to offset delivery costs and keep registration fees as affordable as possible. If applicable, please suggest potential sponsors who may be interested in supporting the CNS Annual Conference—either as a Satellite Session sponsor or in other capacities (e.g., meal or break sponsor, award sponsor, exhibitor, or general sponsor). Please include the organization’s name(s) and contact information, if available.

PLEASE NOTE: CNS has established Sponsorship Guidelines that outline how we work with sponsors.

The CNS Sponsor Prospectus is also available HERE.
