Come experience authentic maritime hospitality at our Ultimate Lobster Supper! Gather with colleagues and friends, make new connections, and mingle with fellow CNS acquaintances at this vibrant and memorable evening.

Hosted at the locally renowned Waterfront Warehouse, the night features a classic East Coast feast served family-style. Enjoy baskets of fresh rolls with butter, country pickle jars, creamy potato salad, crisp coleslaw, lemon, and generous platters served with rich drawn butter.

Once guests are seated, the celebration truly begins with a rousing “Parade of Lobster,” dramatically piped in by a local bagpiper—an experience you won’t soon forget.

Vegetarian, vegan, and chicken menu options are also available to ensure everyone can enjoy the evening.

Event ticket includes:

• Locally caught hard shell lobster - steamed in sea water (not boiled), pre-cracked & served with warm drawn butter *
• Corn on the cob
• PEI Red Nugget Potato Salad
• Tangy Coleslaw
• Country Jars of Dilled Carrots, Pickles and Olives
• Fresh dinner rolls with butter
• Lobster bib & towelette (plastic not paper)
• Traditional Annapolis Valley Apple Crisp or Strawberry Buttercream Cake - Chef's Choice
• One complimentary beverage (Beer, Cider, Wine or Soft drink) - Cash bar will be open throughout the evening
• Freshly Brewed Starbucks Coffee & Tazo Teas

Price: $90.00 CAD + tax

1. Ultimate Lobster Supper ticket must be purchased in advance. Tickets will not be sold onsite and are expected to sell out.
2. Space may be limited.  Avoid disappointment and purchase your tickets early.
3. Refunds will not be issued on social activities.
