Register by the early-bird deadline of March 24, 2026 to receive discounted registration fees. All fees are in Canadian dollars.

All-inclusive conference registration fee includes:  Opening reception with light refreshments (May 7), breakfast & lunch (May 8 & 9), Poster / Exhibitor wine & cheese reception (May 8), and all morning and afternoon refreshment breaks (May 8 & 9). 

The Pre-Conference Food for Health Workshop "Fresh Perspectives on Highly Processed Foods and Health: Global Evidence and Challenges" is offered in-person, as well as virtually via livestream.

The Pre-Conference Trainee Workshop "From Idea to Impact: Bringing Nutrition Knowledge to Life" is open exclusively to CNS Student (Undergraduate and Graduate) members and CNS Early Career I postdoctoral fellow members. Trainees must register for the conference to attend the workshop. This is an in-person event only, and space is limited to 50 participants.

INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
Some International delegates may require a visa to enter Canada. Citizenship and Immigration Canada has a list of countries where visa restrictions apply, along with other information that may be useful. Visa applications may take several months. CNS does not issue formal letters of invitation for visa purposes. After you register to attend the CNS Conference, you will receive an electronic confirmation that is your receipt of payment. Please note that this does not represent an invitation for visa purposes.

Registration & Cancellation Policies

  1. Your registration will not be processed until full payment is received.
  2. Confirmation notice of your registration will be sent to you immediately by email if you register online. If you do not receive your confirmation, please email info@cns-scn.ca
  3. For cancellations received by April 6, 2026, full registration fees will be refunded minus a 30% administration fee. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. All refunds will be made using the original form of payment.
  4. Cancellations received after April 6, 2026 will NOT be refunded (registrations may be transferred to a substitute participant at no charge). All substitution requests must be made in writing.
