People’s Choice Poster Award

Back for 2026! People’s Choice Award as part of the Conference 2026 Virtual Poster Expo. All Posters uploaded to the Virtual Expo will be included in the competition. Uploading a short video to explain your poster/research is encouraged, but not mandatory.

The Virtual Poster Expo will be live from Wednesday, April 20, 2026 until Friday, May 22, 2026. During this period, registered conference delegates will be encouraged to vote for their top 10 posters by accessing the Virtual Poster Expo.  

Voting is open until Friday, May 22, 2026. The author of the poster receiving the highest number of votes will be announced on Monday, May 25, 2026. Please note that only conference delegates can vote.

Instructions for voting: 

1. Log in to the online delegate lobby using your registered delegate account. 
2. Click the Virtual Poster Expo button to access the expo. (Tip: Bookmark the page for easy return visits!)

Voting Options:

• At the in-person Poster Expo: If you see a poster you would like to vote for, simply scan its QR code (if available) with your phone and click the Vote button to cast your vote.
• At the Virtual Poster Expo: Use the search bar at the top to search by author first name, last name, or abstract title,  or scroll through to browse posters.  You can also filter by theme. Click the Vote button under each poster you wish to vote for.

Voting Limit:

Each delegate has 10 votes to use.
